I remember a story some years ago about monks that were keeping a poor bear in a 2*2 cage, outside, with no protection against cold or heat… Are those “God’s people”?

I strongly believe the Church (through its representatives) is very very far from anything Jesus might have said in the old days…

When I went to the Resurection Mass (yes, yes, I know, but this is not the issue) a doggy came on the steps of the church maybe because he saw so many people there and wanted to hang out. And the old stupid people chased him away why the children were crying to play with it. The doggy didn’t even try to get inside, I don’t get why people would ever be so snobbish to think they are the top species and the others are less deserving. As it turns out, the doggy was the better person in all this story.

very good point u have here bro…fortunately not all the priests are like this and the best example is the protestant church. imo the ortodox church will never change cuz it wasn’t and will never be reformed (throw all the trash away,make new rules)
